Our process

An organized path through a significant project.

A custom home is a long relationship as much as a construction project. Here's how we keep it clear, communicative, and on track from the first conversation to the last detail.

Process steps

  1. 01

    Start With a Conversation

We talk through what you have in mind: your property or the area you're looking in, how you want the home to function, where you are in the design process, and the general scope you're considering. No plans required to begin.

  2. 02

    Architectural Design & Planning

Architectural plans are developed for the home, and we contribute construction perspective as the design takes shape — how details will be built, and how choices affect the schedule and the work ahead.

How the design and planning work is arranged varies by project. We talk it through early and determine the best approach for your home.

  3. 03

    Refine the Details

Cabinetry, tile, flooring, trim, fixtures, storage, and finishes are planned before they're needed on site. Decisions made early keep the build organized and the schedule predictable.

  4. 04

    Construction

We build the approved plans with steady communication, coordinated trades, and jobsite follow-through — so you always know what's happening and what comes next.

  5. 05

    Final Details & Completion

Finish work, punch list, and the last details are completed carefully before we hand over the home.

Along the way

Construction progress, documented

A custom home comes together in stages. From the foundation and slab to framing and finish work, each step builds on the planning that came before it. These progress images offer a look at the work behind the finished home.
